DIRECTIONS TO McKEESPORT AREA HIGH SCHOOL
CAMPUS
FROM ROUTE 30/WESTINGHOUSE BRIDGE
1. Take US 30-E to East McKeesport, and the junction with PA State Route 148.
2. Turn right and follow 148 to the traffic light at Hartman St/Eden Park Boulevard.
(Sign to local Penn State campus.)
3. Turn left at this light.
4. At the top of the hill, go straight through the traffic light onto Eden Park Boulevard.
5. The high school campus is on your right -- turn into the parking area at either the first or second opportunity.
FROM NORTH HUNTINGDON AND IRWIN AREAS
- Follow Route 30-West towards Pittsburgh. Approximately 3 miles west of the PA Turnpike entrance, at the top of a long grade, you will pass the Hamilton Auto dealership along the right and a traffic light. (Subway on your left.) At the next light, (Norwin Center shopping plaza) turn left onto Lincoln Way.
- You will go downgrade for a short way to a traffic light at Duncan Insurance. Continue straight, following Lincoln Way.
- Follow Lincoln Way approximately 5 miles through White Oak, crossing the junction with Route 48, and passing through the business district.
- After the traffic light at State Street, turn left onto O'Neil Blvd. (Manns Drugs on your right.)
- Follow O'Neil past the Giant Eagle store (on the left) to the traffic light.
- Turn left at the light onto Eden Park Boulevard.
- The high school campus is on your right -- turn into the parking area at either the first or second opportunity.
FROM WEST MIFFLIN AND THE COUNTY AIRPORT AREA
1. Follow Lebanon Church Road (Yellow Belt signs) past Century III mall and the county airport
2. Stay on the Yellow Belt past the Westinghouse Bettis Plant (on left) and down "Dravosburg Hill."
3. At the end of the Mansfield Bridge, turn left, towards McKeesport.
4. Continue following the yellow belt into the city. Pass Eat 'n' Park Restaurant on the left, then UPMC McKeesport
on the right.
5. Stay on the yellow belt to the traffic light at Hartman St./Eden Park Boulevard. (Sign for Penn State.)
6. Turn right at this light (you have a right turn lane with a yield sign) and go up the hill.
7. At the top, go straight through the traffic light onto Eden Park Boulevard. The high school campus is on your right
-- turn into the parking area at either the first or second opportunity.
FROM SQUIRREL HILL/HOMESTEAD GRAYS BRIDGE AREA
- At the end of the Homestead High-Level bridge, turn left at the light onto PA Route 837-S. (East Eighth Ave.)
- Follow 837-S through Homestead, Whitaker and West Mifflin, past Kennywood Park and on through the city of Duquesne. (About 8 minutes.)
- As you leave Duquesne, signs will alert you that you should keep right to continue on 837-S to Clairton, or keep left to go to McKeesport. You should keep to the left, and following the sign to McKeesport, turn left, crossing the Duquesne-McKeesport Bridge.
- At the McKeesport end of the bridge, continue straight onto PA Route 148-N. The ramp will bring you down onto Fifth Avenue and the Yellow Belt.
STAY IN THIS RIGHT LANE, as it will become your turning lane.- At the third traffic light, turn right onto Hartman St. (Signs will direct you to Eden Park Blvd. and the local Penn State Campus.)
- At the top of the hill, continue straight at the traffic light, crossing O'Neil Blvd. The high school campus will be on your right. Turn into the parking area at either the first or second opportunity.
FROM TURNPIKE, MONROEVILLE EXIT
- After paying toll, choose Business 22, Monroeville. When you get onto Route 22, move into one of the left two lanes as soon as possible, as you will turn left at the traffic light up ahead.
- Traffic light at JCT 48, turn LEFT onto Route 48-South. (Orange Belt)
- Follow Route 48, crossing State Route 130, US Route 30, and down to Lincoln Way. (Just past the light at Oak Park Mall; Wendy's on the right.)
- Light at Lincoln Way, turn RIGHT. Follow Lincoln Way to O'Neil Blvd. (Through three lights, Mann's Drugs on the right, Striffler's on the left.)
- Follow O'Neil Blvd. to the first traffic light at Eden Park Blvd.
- Turn LEFT onto Eden Park Boulevard. The high school campus is on your right

The church is located very near the high school.
Please follow your appropriate steps from above to the high school campus.
Instead of turning right into the school, you will turn LEFT at the street indicated for Penn State's campus.
This is at the end of the high school property.
When you follow that street for a block or so, you will see the church coming up on your left.
It is a large, circular building and there is plenty of parking.

FROM PITTSBURGH VIA THE PARKWAY:
Take Parkway to Exit 8A (Route 30-East). Follow Route 30-E to East McKeesport. Turn right on PA Route 148. Follow through one light and turn left on Pennsylvania Avenue (Sunoco Station). Follow Pennsylvania to stop sign and turn left onto State Street. Follow State Street through the 'S' bend and turn right onto Carmella Drive. Follow Carmella Drive to Longvue Drive (top of hill). Turn right onto Longvue Drive and follow to McClure.
FROM PITTSBURGH USING ROUTE 51:
At the Cloverleaf, exit Route 51 onto Lebanon Church Road towards the Allegheny County Airport and McKeesport. Follow Lebanon Church Road past the Allegheny County Airport into the City of McKeesport. This is Lysle Boulevard. Follow Lysle Boulevard all the way through to Lincoln Way (Bloom’s Cut Rate). Bear right onto Lincoln Way. Follow through to the first traffic signal. Turn left onto State Street. Follow State Street through the 'S' bend and turn right onto Carmella Drive. Follow Carmella Drive to Longvue Drive (top of hill). Turn right onto Longvue Drive and follow to McClure.
FROM SOUTHERN PA (UNIONTOWN, CHARLEROI, BELLE VERNON) USING ROUTE 51:
Follow Route 51 North to traffic light at JCT Route 48 (Elizabeth Township). Turn right onto Route 48-North (winding, country road) and follow it across the Boston Bridge and into Versailles Borough. Just past the Olympia Shopping Center, Route 48-N turns right and so will you. Continue on Route 48 to Lincoln Way (Second light, just past White Oak Chrysler). Turn left onto Lincoln Way. You will come to two traffic lights together; the first is for a left turn onto Henderson. You will take the second one and turn right onto Guice. At the T, zig right, then left onto Eisenhower Drive. At the top of Eisenhower, you will turn left onto Educational Drive. Follow Educational past the homes and onto the Francis McClure campus. Drive around the perimeter and into the parking lot.
FROM PA TURNPIKE:
Get off at the Monroeville Exit. At the exit, choose Business 22 and when you are dropped onto 22, move quickly to one of the left two lanes to prepare for a left turn at the light. At the traffic light, turn left onto Route 48-South. Follow Route 48 (orange belt), crossing State Route 130 at the Wall Bridge, then US 30 at the K-Mart and Denny’s. Continue on 48-S to the next traffic light at Lincoln Way. Turn right onto Lincoln Way. You will come to two traffic lights together; the first is for a left turn onto Henderson. You will take the second one and turn right onto Guice. At the T, zig right, then left onto Eisenhower Drive. At the top of Eisenhower, you will turn left onto Educational Drive. Follow Educational past the homes and onto the Francis McClure campus. Drive around the perimeter and into the parking lot.
